At Express Care Clinic we are committed to not only providing the quality of Care you deserve, but also to make our services as affordable as possible. We accept more than 150 health insurance plans as well as travel insurance for foreign and domestic tourists. Our self pay rates are the most competitive leading rates in all of Central Florida!
Payment Options
Express Care Clinic accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service.
No Insurance, No Problem
Our Self Pay prices for visits start from $120 for an inital office visit. Additional charges apply for lab tests, vaccines, medications, supplies, complex procedures, tests, prescriptions, and X-ray services as deemed necessary by the medical provider. Posted prices include discount for cash or credit card payment at time of service. Patient should report discount on any claim to third-party payer.

What to Bring
Photo ID: You must present some form of photo identification when you check in at the front desk. Valid photo identification includes a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Your photo identification will be copied and kept on file.
Insurance Card: If you’re paying with insurance, you must bring your current insurance card. Your proof of insurance will be copied and kept on file.
Minor Patients: Minor patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or the parent/guardian must have provided the accompanying adult with a notarized statement authorizing treatment. The parent/guardian/adult will be asked for photo identification, current insurance (if applicable), and (as required) proof of guardianship. This information will be copied and kept in the minor’s file.
